At the DCAC meeting on Thursday, April 27, the development team from ColRich provided an update on their proposal to build 24 homes in the canyon below the Chevron Service Station and east of College Avenue. ColRich submitted several updated proposals to the City’s Development Services Department, and received a completed “Cycles Report” This indicates that they have met all the requirements of all the departments in the city that reviewed the project. Below is a link to a copy of the final cycles report for your reference and referral. The ColRich project will be an action item at the May Navajo Community Planners, Inc. meeting on Wednesday, May 10, at 6:30 PM at Tifereth Israel Synagogue on Tommy Street in San Carlos (east on Navajo Rd., left at Cowles Mountain Blvd., and left at Tommy Drive. Tommy Drive makes a right turn and becomes Tommy Street – turn in to first driveway on your right on Tommy Street).
